Amazingly helpful in a very difficult situation. Lucy was so helpful on the phone, even with my ever-changing arrangements. Ryan, who delivered the item, had to cope with an item not properly prepared for loading, which was also awkward to unload, but he was cheerful and super-helpful at all times. Fantastic service, and could not recommend this firm more highly.
